Opt euro şi 20 de cenţi e avantajul lui Johannisberger de a fi membru VDP, adică asociaţia producătorilor de elită din Germania (ce numără cu puţin peste 200 de membri); raportată la ţara noastră ar fi un fel de cartel compus din 5-6 producători gen Davino.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Personal nu cred că doar cei din VDP fac cele mai bune vinuri nemţeşti, la fel cum nici "daviniştii" nu sunt cireaşa de pe tortul calitaţii româneşti ... dar asta e altă mâncare de peşte (fără mujdei, evident).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A doua jumătate de pagină scanată e un tabel din revista Weinwirtschaft cu valorile înregistrate la vin în martie 2011 (perioada în care trendul e crescător, înainte de lansarea vinurilor din 2010). Tabelul redă preţurile practicate pe zone, pe soiuri şi pe trepte calitative, de către producătorii ce compun piaţa vinului.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Preţul vinului afişat e în euro pentru un hectolitru; ca şi exemplu: valoarea cea mai ridicată la riesling o au vinurile din regiunea Mosel, unde un spatlese e la 150-160 eu/hl, adică imensa sumă de 1,5-1,6 euro pentru un litru.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Conectănd cele două parţi scanate, aflăm cum de Ratio are un spatlese la 1,79 eu : după tabel producătorul din zona Rheinhessen îl dă cu 0,75 eu/sticla (1 eu/l), îmbutelierea, dopul şi eticheta nu depăşesc 0,34 euro, la final săracul retailer bagă şi el în buzunar 0,70 eu/sticlă.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;Un bişniţ bun ar spune neamţu ... foarte slab ar scrâşni vreun expert în vinuri din România.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;- scan 2 şi 3 :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hgFNkcNTMWo/Tmfk_uAnGII/AAAAAAAAALQ/oHcVm62AyyI/s1600/preturi+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="311" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hgFNkcNTMWo/Tmfk_uAnGII/AAAAAAAAALQ/oHcVm62AyyI/s320/preturi+2.jpg" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o0eeFS6q-Ck/TmflBzkHkcI/AAAAAAAAALU/Vugnzgdg-gU/s1600/preturi+3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o0eeFS6q-Ck/TmflBzkHkcI/AAAAAAAAALU/Vugnzgdg-gU/s320/preturi+3.jpg" width="319" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Patru pagini dintr-o listă de preţuri pentru 2011, aparţinând unui producător din zona Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, cu multe vinuri medaliate şi cu o istorie de aproape 300 de ani. În diverse comentarii şi postări am mai pomenit de soiul ăsta, un soi care m-a cucerit si mi-a dat un imbold să încerc cultivarea lui pe propria-mi "moşie".&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tămâioasa neagră sau crna tamianika (în limba sârbă) este o varietate de muscat, foarte rar cultivată în Europa, la fel ca şi muscatul krokan (varietate albă), care mai poate fi întălnit şi degustat doar la Pearl Island, o insulă situată pe râul Tisa, porţiunea care străbate Serbia.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ambele varietăţi au supravieţuit datorită pasiunii lui Tito (preşedintele fostei R.S.F. Yugoslavia) pentru vinurile dulci şi pentru stilul de viaţă hedonist. Pasiune atât de mare, încât tătucul comunismului yugoslav hotărăşte înfiinţarea unei şcoli de horticultură la Negotin (capitala românilor din Valea Timocului), axată doar pe cercetarea tămâioasei negre. De altfel e şi singurul loc unde se mai cultivă şi vinifică acest soi.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Personal l-am încercat prima oară la un festival mic de vinuri, în compania producătorului Panici Zeljko (se citeşte Jelco, cel din fotografia nr.4) un tip simpatic şi comunicativ, cu mamă de naţionalitate vlahă (cum li se mai spune românilor de cealaltă parte a Dunării).&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Vinul este dulce, de desert, cu o tărie alcoolică de 16% vol. naturală, fără adaos de must, mistel sau distilat, bine integrată în corpul vinului. Parfumul este extraordinar, efectiv inundă camera după desfacerea sticlei, o combinaţie de tămâie, flori de lemn dulce, extract de mirt şi aroma de muscat. Gustul şi postgustul este pe măsura nasului, o avalanşă de senzaţii gustative greu de descris, dar uşor de înţeles din perspectiva&amp;nbsp; foştilor preşedinţi hedonişti.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; În a patra fotografie, destul de ştearsă (aparţinând aceluiaşi domn Panici) se distinge un ciorchine din acest soi, cu boabe rare (deşi nu sunt meiate sau mărgeluite) cu pedunculul şi ramificaţiile roşiatice spre vineţiu, diferit de Rara (Băbeasca) Neagră de la noi, cu care aş fi fost tentat să îl compar. Producţia este foarte mică (deşi este un soi autofertil), undeva între 2 şi 3 tone la hectar, fapt pentru care, cred eu, nu s-a răspândit în cultură. Conform "specialistilor" via tanara nu poate oferi vreun vin memorabil in primii ani de la plantare. Din cate imi aduc aminte, "tinerele" ofera experiente memorabile. Totusi cativa amici fiind invitati la o partida de sapat manual si ecologic, mi-au sugerat ca e mai bine sa ramai proletar la umbra vreunei terase, decat sa fi innobilat prin munca sub arsita soarelui.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Contrar proverbului : "toamna se numara bobocii", la vita de vie e valabil : "primavara se numara butasii porniti in vegetatie". Mugurii si frunzele tinere sunt afectate de temperaturi incepand cu 0,8 gr.C, pentru ca la -1, -2 are loc distrugerea totala prin inghet.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Cea mai afectata tara viticola de pana acum este Germania, unde sunt estimate pierderi de pana la 50% din productie in unele regiuni, in special in zona Rhinului. In prima faza m-a orbit pretul (mai putin lumina reflectoarelor de la standul cu vinuri) de 19,40 lei, un pret realist dupa capul si ideile mele vis a vis de producerea vinului. Nu am stat pe ganduri si am bagat doua sticle la cos din prima, cu gandul ca in scurt timp voi reveni cu portofelul eliberat de arici (animal care, fie vorba intre noi, te face sa nu bagi prea des mana in portofel) pentru o noua alimentare.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Entuziasmul a fost de scurta durata, odata destupat si desertat in pahare, vinul a produs o deziluzie mare. Lichidul din sticla e lipsit de structura, arome, tanini, aduce a spalatura de butoi (asta o spun celor care au asistat la astfel de operatii), un gust de lemn sau rumegus foarte deranjant, fara vreo urma din merlotul pe care il stiam din degustarile anterioare.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Problema grava e alta, a doua sticla s-a dovedit la fel, aceleasi caracteristici negative; colac peste pupaza (sau invers) a treia incercare a fost la ziua unui amic, cu acelasi menestrel achizitionat tot de la auchan ... identic cu cele doua sticle incercate de mine.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mister Rotenberg, cu tot respectu pt munca dvs. cu acest soi minunat, ce ne facem cu bietul Menestrel ? Aceste calitati si rezistenta sa la geruri aspre (-22, chiar -24 gr.C) l-au propulsat in topul preferintelor producatorilor romani, in detrimetrul fratelui italian.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Daca "saparzii" au mizat din prima si au infiintat plantatii cu acest soi, altii mai mari si-au dat seama pe parcurs de potential, facand "din mers" reconversia plantatiilor de riesling italian (ex. cei de la Recas).&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Momentan se observa pe piata de vinuri cateva "mostre" din acest soi, care incearca (in opinia mea) sa impresioneze consumatorul doar cu ajutorul denumirii (relativ noua printre soiurile vinificate la noi) si mai putin prin calitatea lichidului continut.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Si daca tot am importat aceasta clona din Germania, cred ca ar fi corect si cinstit sa ne raportam si la sistemul de clasificare al calitatii vinului, folosit in aceasta tara.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Despre acesta si alte cugetari ... in episodul viitor si la urmatoarele pahare de Riesling ! Omul asta face niste vinuri nemaipomenite, chiar si din struguri inghetati, luand tot felul de medalii, care mai de care mai aurite pe la concursurile din Germania.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Si din astfel de trunchi, aschia nu poate sarii prea departe; asa ca Stefan (Rauen jr.) duce mai departe mostenirea de peste 200 de ani in arta vinaritului.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Intr-o frumoasa zi de primavara, Stefanutz (flacau trecut de 30 de ani) isi lua inima-n dinti si ii marturisi batranului : " tata gata cu fecioria, in toamna ce vine iti aduc o nora in casa ! Cand colo soarele straluceste mai ceva decat in aprilie, cativa visini si ciresi deja au inceput sa infloreasca, deci adio visinata din productie proprie in 2011.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Nu cred ca e un motiv prea insemnat de suparare, prefer inca tricoul in detrimetrul cojoacelor si a altor accesorii hibernale. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Totusi un mic procent din omenire e ingrijorat, poate chiar intristat de evolutia vremii de afara; sunt producatorii de ice wine, cu predilectie germani, cei canadieni mai au inca sperante.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Vinul inghetat, denumit Eiswein (in Germania si Austria), sau Ice Wine (in Canada, S.U.A cat si in alte tari producatoare), poate fi cotat drept cel mai bun vin de desert din lume.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Poate si datorita faptului ca realizarea acestuia e un capriciu uneori sau un dar alteori al naturii fata de aceasta nobila planta vita de vie. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Ice wine-ul&amp;nbsp; e produs din struguri lasati la supramaturare pe coardele de vita pana la sfarsitul lui noiembrie, chiar decembrie si in cazuri extreme se pot culege si la inceput de ianuarie. Conditia recoltarii (impusa si de legislatie) e data de temperatura mediului ambiant care trebuie sa fie de cel putin – 7 grade Celsius. Culesul este manual la majoritatea producatoriilor, uneori chiar si pe timp de noapte, in cazul unor geruri mai putin aspre, dupa care boabele inghetate sunt stoarse in prese hidraulice sau in teascuri vechi de lemn modificate (presa pneumatica folosita in procesul de vinificatie obisnuit, nu poate fi utilizata, deoarece cristalele inghetate din struguri formeaza un bloc compact&amp;nbsp; greu de manevrat). Dupa presare aceste cristale (apa inghetata din bob) este inlaturata, rezultatul final fiind o licoare extrem de dulce, practic o esenta foarte concentrata de struguri, care trebuie sa parcurga un proces lung de fermentatie pana la stadiul final de „vin”.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Problema delicata pentru a obtine o astfel de licoare, o constituie temperatura din luna noiembrie si decembrie. Daca e o toamna lunga cu temperaturi ridicate, strugurii copti ajunsi la supramaturare pot fi atacati de mucegaiul nobil (fenomenul de botrytizare), fiind exclusi pentru productia de ice wine; in cazul alternantei de zile reci si zile insorite exista riscul putrefactiei boabelor pe ciorchine, si nu in ultimul caz, daca temperaturile sunt extrem de scazute – 16,&amp;nbsp; - 20 gr.C, boabele devin atat de tari, incat sunt imposibil de presat. De preferat e recoltatul in zilele cu minim – 7 si maxim – 15 grade, diferentele de temperatura influentand direct cantitatea de zahar (exprimata in grade Oechsle) si aciditatea vinului la final.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Un exemplu concludent despre influenta frigului reiese dintr-un studiu efectuat in Germania la (atentie !) 1890, in plina era postfiloxerica : &lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;la o      temperatura de recoltare de –7,5 gr.C : concentratia de zahar atinge 100      gr. Oechsle si o aciditate de 9 grame / litru.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li class="MsoNormal"&gt;la o      temperatura de recoltare de – 15 gr.C : concentratia de zahar e de 143 gr.      Oechsle si o aciditate de 11,5 grame / litru.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Referitor la vechimea acestui procedeu de a obtine vin din struguri inghetati, prima mentiune apare in anul 1358, tot in Germania, dar probabil a fost un accident cauzat de instalarea timpurie a iernii. Prima recolta „planificata” are loc in 1794 in regiunea germana Franconia, pentru ca in 1962 sa fie pusa baza legislatiei actuale pentru producerea Eiswein-ui. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;In Canada primul ice wine este produs in 1973, de o familie de imigranti germani; dupa 1990 productia se extinde in aceasta tara si in nordul U.S.A., astazi canadienii detinand primul loc la exportul acestui vin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Soiul Riesling de Rhin este cel mai des folosit, datorita coacerii tarzii si a structurii pielitei boabelor;&amp;nbsp; in Canada alaturi de Riesling se mai utilizeaza si soiul Vidal. Chiriac, era un prosper negutator de vinuri in Braila. Cu doar un an inainte de fatidicul 23 august, ofiterii romani si germani, degustau o grasa, o feteasca, un negru vartos sau un aligote. Burghezia nemobilizata&amp;nbsp; si elevii se multumeau cu un vin tip standard sau un alb mai superior, in timp ce clasa muncitoare ravnea la o tuica de prune. Putinii tarani rataciti prin pietele orasului mai apucau o spuma de drojdie (distilatul obtinut din drojdia ramasa pe fundul butoiului).&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nici gospodinele nu au fost uitate, otetul superior provenea de la "Prima Fabrica Romana de Otet Natural din Vin" si era de gasit si in Bucuresti pe soseaua Mihai Bravu.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Fiind departe de asemenea ascensiuni duhovnicesti, incerc totusi sa atrag mila Tatalui ceresc, forta de munca a tatalui trupesc si monetarul prietenilor (de pahar) lumesti, pentru&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;inceputul&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;bun in desfasurarea experimentului vitivinocol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;In prelungirea unui gand mai vechi legat de infiintarea unei plantatii cu vita de vie, primavara lui 2010 mi-a dat imboldul, terenul si butasii pentru a trece si la fapte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Neavand in spate mostenirea vreunui parinte din vechea secu’ si nici vreo matusa amara sau tamara proaspat mumificata, am pruces la plantat cu cateva sute de butasi si materiale auxiliare achizitionate din pusculita proprie, plus ceva bunavointa din partea unui tanar viticultor german de pe Mosel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Pe scurt,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;proiectul – experiment – telenovela, arata cam asa : un total de suprafata plantata (in intervalul 2010-2012) de maxim doua hectare (de ce doua ar spune unii ? … pentru ca deja ar mirosii la industrial si la chestii mai putin controlate … ar spune altii !) orientate spre trei directii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Una :&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;ar fi o combinatie de riesling german si pinot gris, destinata pentru cules tarziu sau de ce nu … cules la stafidire,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;sa nu incerc sa fiu obraznic, dar ma gandesc si la icewine &lt;/span&gt;:) &lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;, si gerwurtztraminer tot la partea cu soiuri albe - rozalii.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;A doua : stiu ca suna a moft (moftangii … de la Caragiale citire), o replica la vinurile Chateauneuf du Pape; din cele 13-15 soiuri ale cupajului ma limitez doar la grenache, syrah si mourvedre, plus tannat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;A treia si ultima combinatie (de butasi plantati&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;si nu de struguri cupajati) si cea mai mare, ar fi constituita doar din soiuri romanesti :&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;grasa, tamaioasa, busuioaca, feteasca si babeasca neagra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Alooo !!! …&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;fac zarva musterii,  amuzati de asemenea povesti … da parca lipseste ceva !!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;??? …. Aaaaa, gata …. mi-am adus aminte : de neiertat, am omis combinatia de “Bordo”, cabenet + merlot + inca ceva soiuri. (uite ca e&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;deja e inghesuiala pe 2 ha, unde sa le mai pun?!)  &lt;/span&gt;:)&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;No binie … ar spune turcu din filmul ala celebru “morgan, morgen..?” cam asta e finishu primei parti din trilogia “stapanul viilor”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;In loc de P.S.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;… prima combinatie:  cu riesling, pinot, gerwurtz se incheie la sfarsitul lunii asteia, la a doua:  o parte din butasii frantzuji sunt comandati, iar la a treia:  materialul saditor e de gasit la statiunea Pietroasa din primavara 2011, … si la cererea publicului amator de bordoleze precizez ca, cabernetul e undeva plantat din 92, cineva imi doneaza direct din cotul Rhonului niste petit verdot, mai lipseste merlotu si banii aferenti achizitionarii acestuia ;) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="" lang="EN-US"&gt;Daca e vreun posesor de idei, ganduri curate si propuneri decente, poarta e deschisa … doar sa pofteasca ! Cosmin Zidurean a fost una din ocaziile favorabile pentru a rezolva acest mister al numelui.&lt;br /&gt;Practic “frunza teiului” era denumirea populara (strict in aceasta zona) a strugurilor din soiul steinchiller, provenita de la asemanarea dintre forma frunzei adulte la acesta si cea a frunzei de tei : “mica, rotunda cu limbul plan, intreg sau usor trilobat, sinusurile laterale slab schitate, in forma literei V ori lira deformata, nervurile rosietice la baza si dinti mici, cu baza latiata si margini convexe” dupa cele citite pe wiki si conform descrierii dl. Conform celor expuse de cercetatorii germani din zona Trier, citati in articol, aceasta “mireasma” s-ar datora incalzirii globale, asociata cu un nivel mai ridicat al radiatiilor solare si cu seceta mai accentuata in lunile verii.&lt;br /&gt;Fiind rezident timp de doua luni, respectiv februarie si martie a.c., in zona Mosel-Saar-Ruwer, mai exact in Thornich, la jumatatea distantei dintre Trier si Bernkastel-Kues, mi-am amintit de cele scrise pe blogul lui Mihnea Mironescu despre unele rieslinguri degustate, cu iz de kerosen. &lt;br /&gt;Gazda si in acelasi timp proprietarul cramei unde imi desfasuram activitatea, Joachim Geiben ( http://www.weingut-geiben.de/ ), si-a manifestat interesul pentru a rezolva aceasta aparenta dilema personala. Conform celor discutate cu el si cu alti producatori din aceasta zona, mirosul de petrol perceptibil la deschiderea unei sticle, se datoreaza exclusiv terroir-ului pe care e plantata vita de vie.&lt;br /&gt;Bernkastel-Kues e cunoscut printre viticultorii germani, drept locul cu cele mai bune soluri pentru cultivarea rieslingului, la fel cum Dr.H.Thanisch  are renumele de a fi printre cei mai buni producatori din regiunea Mosel. Multe dintre vinurile produse de acesta in zona Bernkastel, prezinta acest iz inconfundabil, la fel ca si in cazul altor producatori din zona (totusi in numar restrans). &lt;br /&gt;Solul este destul de variat de la o parcela la alta, fiind prezente lutul, roca feliata, pietris marunt si humus negru provenit de la descompunera ingrasamintelor organice administrate sau prin putrezirea coardelor lemnoase (multe plantatii fiind situate pe povarnisuri abrupte, nu exista posibilitatea adunarii resturilor provenite de la taierile din toamna-primavara, astfel ca, coardele sunt maruntite cu foarfeca si aruncate intre randuri). &lt;br /&gt;Roca feliata este de fapt ardezia, o piatra silicoasa formata printr-un proces complex numit metamorfism din sist si argila. Prezenta ardeziei in sol intr-o concentratie mare, precum si continul ridicat de minerale din aceasta roca, ar fi principala cauza responsabila de conexiunea vinului din pahar cu campurile petroliere din Irak. &lt;br /&gt;Totusi un amanunt interesant si demn de retinut (de aici legatura cu cele scrise de dl. Filip) ar fi ca, acest iz (miros, nota, mireasma sau cum doreste fiecare sa ii spuna), apare la strugurii recoltati de pe aceste terroir-uri doar in anii secetosi; curios as fi sa degust cateva rieslinguri din productia anului 2009 (un an foarte ploios in Mosel) de la Dr.Thanisch sau poate de la Avelsbacher Hammerstein din Trier (cel cu vulturul german pe etichete). Acesta din urma este un producator mic, cu plantatii in jurul orasului Trier, situate pe soluri rosiatice-castanii, unde prezenta ardeziei e nesemnificativa, astfel ca aparitia notelor de petrol la vinuri, constituie o raritate.&lt;br /&gt;Culegand aceste informatii de la cei avizati si degustand cateva zeci de vinuri de la vinarii diferite, am tras o concluzie simpla, si anume ca, doar pe unele parcele (bogate in ardezie), intr-un an secetos, strugurii acumuleaza anumite substante in pielita care dezvolta acest miros, mai mult sau mai putin placut iubitoriilor de vin. &lt;br /&gt;Pareriile sunt impartite referitor la aceasta problema, cei care nu produc astfel de vinuri declara sus si tare ca nu ar consuma asa ceva, pe cand ceilalti profita de sansa unei noi oportunitati de marketing si publicitate, intr-o piata a rieslingului german si asa foarte aglomerata si cu un viitor nesigur.&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/5309157661668622500-1184486263950799536?l=aberatiibahice.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</content><link rel='replies' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://aberatiibahice.blogspot.com/feeds/1184486263950799536/comments/default' title='Postare comentarii'/><link rel='replies' type='text/html' href='http://aberatiibahice.blogspot.com/2010/05/riesling-german-sau-petrol-irakian.html#comment-form' title='6 comentarii'/><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/5309157661668622500/posts/default/1184486263950799536'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/5309157661668622500/posts/default/1184486263950799536'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://aberatiibahice.blogspot.com/2010/05/riesling-german-sau-petrol-irakian.html' title='Riesling german sau petrol irakian ?'/><author><name>Florin</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/15960949287537375728</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='32' height='24' src='http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_WUkPdN8UWtE/TBU92exi-8I/AAAAAAAAAGU/NrsG9AfMOP0/S220/DSC04727.JPG'/></author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media='http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/' url='http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_WUkPdN8UWtE/S-CMfqmIphI/AAAAAAAAAFs/HuSVOll5aiI/s72-c/DSC04934.JPG' height='72' width='72'/><thr:total>6</thr:total></entry><entry><id>tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5309157661668622500.post-7786938819574047518</id><published>2010-04-25T12:41:00.001-07:00</published><updated>2010-04-26T11:53:44.182-07:00</updated><title type='text'>Vin(din)vest 2010</title><content type='html'>&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WUkPdN8UWtE/S9SbXC-Ve7I/AAAAAAAAAFk/pRINiSQkOVY/s1600/header1.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 131px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WUkPdN8UWtE/S9SbXC-Ve7I/AAAAAAAAAFk/pRINiSQkOVY/s320/header1.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5464163068144876466" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chiar daca a trecut o saptamana de la finalul editiei nr. 5 a concursului organizat de doamna Lucia Pirvu, amintiriile si aromele vinurilor degustate raman proaspete.&lt;br /&gt;Initial mi-am propus sa fiu “fresh” pentru un astfel de moment, in care odihna, o oarecare satietate si buna dispozitie se impaca, cu lista lichidelor degustate; dar se pare ca, zicala : “socoteala de acasa nu se potriveste cu cea din targ”, e valabila cam des pentru mine.&lt;br /&gt;Dupa amabilitatile si cuvintele protocolare schimbate cu gazdele din Timisoara (in realitate niste amici de nota 10) am trecut direct la chestii mai sensibile, menite sa ne introduca in atmosfera zilei de maine de la Vinvest.&lt;br /&gt;Menestrelul de la Rotenberg si Feteasca Neagra de la Recas ( din gama cocosul), ne-au dat suficent curaj sa trecem pragul wine barului din Unirii, un local simpatic, amenajat intr-o pivnita, pe locul fostei cafenele Corso (Eugeniu de Savoya nr. 24 sau www.enotecadesavoya.ro ), un colt de rai pentru pasionati, ferit de galagia bautorilor de bere si a pisicilor amatoare de zemuri naturale cu aroma de fanta. Exceptand vinurile din Chile si  rieslingul nemtesc, se pot degusta o paleta larga de vinuri, la preturi mai mult decat acceptabile, acompaniate de diverse gustari.&lt;br /&gt;Si cum noaptea e un sfetnic bun, ne-am tot sfatuit ba cu o feteasca, ba cu un tempranillo, uneori isi mai vara coada si cate un shiraz sau cabernet, care mai de care mai alunecos si imbietor.&lt;br /&gt;Ochii rosii si mutrele “proaspete” dupa un astfel de long-night, au fost suficiente pentru ca, gagicile de la intrare sa ne intampine cu ochiade, zambete si nu mai retin ce vorbe mieroase. Probabil aceleasi sentimente le nutreau si o parte din reprezentantii producatorilor de la standuri, ceva in genu : “uite alte sugative, venite sa consume gratis “.&lt;br /&gt;Standuri nu foarte aglomerate, public pestrit, multi tineri si in majoritate cunoscatori (din ce mai trageam cu urechea), locatia bine aleasa, incapatoare, ambianta placuta si temperatura cat de cat favorabila vinurilor rosii.&lt;br /&gt;Personal m-au impresionat cateva probe din cele degustate, nu am reusit si nici nu mi-am propus sa incerc prea multe, avand in vedere si restul de alcool prezent in cap din noaptea trecuta.&lt;br /&gt;Primul pahar adulmecat si stors a fost din Cadarca celor de la Senator Focsani, un vin acrisor, sters, fara vreo calitate demna de retinut. Tipul de la stand insira tot felul de povesti, celor prezenti, cu soiurile romanesti promovate de ei, incercand sa imi toarne si mie o chestie asemanatoare despre cadarca. Dupa ce i-am reamintit faptul ca, strugurii culesi de ei la Tirol (cel de langa Oravita, jud.Caras-Severin, nu cel austriac) fac minim 2 zile pana la aparatul de dezciorchinare/zdrobire in Focsani (timp suficient pentru a pierde din calitati), monserul a lasat-o mai moale cu propaganda, oferindu-mi o Busuioaca frumos mirositoare (cum doar familia Muscatului o are) si placuta la gust, din aceiasi gama dedicata boierilor si obrazurilor mai mult sau mai putin groase.&lt;br /&gt;O surpriza placuta a fost Aligote-ul de la Gramma, un vin proaspat, fructos, amintindu-mi de aroma unui anumit soi de pere (nu din cele malaiete), altora de citrice (desi in general betivanii prefera a doua zi zeama de varza, in detrimetrul celei de lamaie:). Multumiri doamnei Olteanu pentru amabilitate si efortul de a ne intoarce din drum (eram porniti spre taraba slovenilor, dupa o experienta neconvingatoare cu niste vinuri albe unguresti).&lt;br /&gt;Refosk-ul de la Santomas e bunicel, aduce mult cu un Blaufrankisch austriac, dar e sub nivelul celui produs de Vinakoper, achizitionat vara trecuta din Slovenia, la un pret de 6,5 euro.&lt;br /&gt;Un personaj mititel, negricios si slabut intampina populatia in pavilionul rezervat celor de la Vanju Mare; probabil se vroia o imitatie ieftina a domnitorului Vlad Tepes, la fel ca si cabernetul din gama "Prince Vlad" ... subtirel, astringent si inexpresiv. Pacat de potentialul zonei, e un areal perfect pentru cabernet si merlot.&lt;br /&gt;La Nachbil nu am reusit (spre rusinea mea) sa il recunosc din prima pe dl. Brutler senior, dupa ce am degustat minunatia de Shiraz, am facut conexiunea intre fostul dr.vicol&amp;amp;brutler si actualul brutler&amp;amp;lieb, totusi prea tarziu pentru ai pune cateva intrebari, avand in vedere ca incepea decernarea diplomelor si medaliilor la ora 12.&lt;br /&gt;Cea mai dinamica si atractiva abordare d.p.d.v. al marketingului am intalnit-o la Enira, tipele de acolo nu ne-au lasat sa plecam fara a incerca toate cele 4 vinuri expuse. Si totul facut cu profesionalism, degustare in trepte de la merlot la reserva decantata, cu explicatii la fiecare in parte si alte subtilitati feminine menite sa sporeasca farmecul lichidului degustat. Vinurile sunt impresionante, cu trimiteri directe la grand cru-urile franceze, perioada petrecuta la baric isi pune o amprenta decisiva la produsul final (la ultima, reserva enira 2006, a fost de 24 de luni).&lt;br /&gt;Nu i-am uitat pe cei de la Wine Princess, cu vinurile lor m-am tot intalnit de ceva timp incoace, asa ca singura proba incercata a fost Cadarissima 2008. Sincer am fost un pic dezamagit de vin, aducea mai degraba a must, usor dulceag, departe de tipul vinurilor beerenauslese baute iarna asta pe la nemti. Posibil sa fi contribuit si starea mea post/bahica (plus restul celor consumate inainte) la o analiza mai pripita. (postare nefinalizata in 2009 si publicata in 2010)</title><content type='html'>Fiind sambata, zi libera pentru clasa muncitoare (cu norma de 40 de ore/saptamana), am purces dis de dimineata la plantatia de vitis vinifera personala, mostenita pe linie paterna si situata undeva pe malul Dunarii, intr-o localitate cu populatie majoritara sarba, recunoscuta in Caras Severin si Timisoara pentru productia de vin "de casa" (din ala curat, sanatos, foxat si cat mai acru' daca nu bagi zaharina).&lt;br /&gt;        Cam toate plantatiile cu vita de vie (atat cat au mai ramas) dateaza de la inceputul aniilor '50, odata cu instaurarea colectivizarii si a "societatii cooperatiste", mai exact "celebrele" C.A.P.-uri (cooperativa agricola de productie) in care era angrenata majoritatea populatiei rurale. Mentalitatea c.a.p.-ista fiind des intalnita chiar si azi (din pacate), la aproximativ doua decenii de la repunerea in posesie a fostilor proprietari de terenuri; mentalitate care suna cam asa : "bunurile tale sunt si ale mele sau ce e al tau, e si al meu", multi dintre nostalgicii acelor vremuri preferand sa se aprovizioneze in continuare din proprietatiile vecine.&lt;br /&gt;        Taranul roman si cu precadere cel din Banat, nu a reusit sa ramana in istoria economiei noastre prin calitatiile lui de strateg in domeniul marketingului agricol, poate cel mult ca un bun pastrator al proverbului " ce am luat pe mere, am dat pe pere". Perioada postdecembrista a confirmat din plin lipsa oricarei initiative de consolidare pe un anumit segment al productiei agricole, singura preocupare a fost distrugerea totala a tot ceea ce amintea de structura fostelor c.a.p.-uri. &lt;br /&gt;        De "furia" noilor improprietariti nu au scapat nici plantatiile viticole, sute de hectare cu vita nobila au fost distruse doar pentru a lua acasa stalpii de beton si sarmele de sustinere, prazi aparent valoroase pentru acele vremuri, menite sa ingradeasca miile de parcele si tarlale care de care mai minuscule, impartite cu toporul si furca intre mostenitorii proprietarilor dinaintea colectivizarii.&lt;br /&gt;        Din viile ce serpuiau in vecinatiile orasului Moldova Noua si satelor dimprejur nu a mai ramas nici un singur butuc, elementele de sustinere au fost furate rapid iar plantele au fost taiate si incendiate pentru a lasa loc pasuniilor si balariilor atat de caracteristice noului avant agro-western-mioritic. Daca in 1920 specialistii adusi din Franta, de conducerea locala a acelor vremuri, stabileau soiurile de vita de vie, ce aveau sa inobileze dealuriile scaldate din plin de soare si reflectate in apele Dunarii,... in 1990 o alta generatie de "specialisti" fidela motto-ului "timpul trece, plata merge, noi cu drag dormim !", hotarau noua directie vinicolo-bahica : ceva butuci hibrizi ramasi de la vechiul regim (ca tot nu trebuie stropiti) pentru un vin fiert pe timp de iarna, si in rest pruni ... pentru ca rachiul (mai tarziu vodca si romu') intinereste omul. &lt;br /&gt;        Rumegand astfel de ganduri in propria-mi bila, la un moment dat observ un "beculet" aprins (ceva in genul celui folosit de Pavlov pt cainele ala super inteligent). Cladita din beton in deal, are localitati pentru fermentatie si este iluminata cu acetylen. Vinul renumit se vinde in tara intreaga. Pomelnicul vizitatorilor acestei minunate pivnite si pozitie este foarte lung, a fost vizitata aproape de toti demnitarii tarii, si cine viziteaza Moldova-Noua, nu pierde ocaziunea, sa viziteze si aceasta pivnita ca din povesti si sa guste vinurile albe cele mai bune : tramini, chabilis, burgund, gris, &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 153, 0);"&gt;frunza teiului&lt;/span&gt;, rizling italian, fetita si negrul cabernet.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Butoiul cel mare din pivnita contine 14.734 litri si in intreaga pivnita actualmente se pastreaza si se pretocesc mereu 40 vagoane vin.”&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;... scria Alexandru Moisi in "Monografia Clisurii" publicata la 1938, Libraria Romaneasca - Oravita.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Sansa mi-a suras ieri, cand am dat nas in dop cu o sticla prafuita, cu depuneri in interior si cu "crestetul" sigilat in smoala, caracteristici deloc atragatoare in ochii unei dudui, dornice de un sprit romantic la ceas de seara :) . In zona in care locuiesc e folosit frecvent acest cuvant atat de romani cat si de minoritatea sarba conlocuitoare, pivnita fiind un spatiu indispensabil oricarui posesor de casa, mai mult sau mai putin iubitor de vin :) .&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Revenind la Pivnita Motanului, nu pot sa nu imi amintesc de vinurile lor albe (Chardonnay, Blanc de blanc), vinuri elegante cu arome florale distincte, la preturi mai mult decat rezonabile (undeva la 3.5-4 euro/sticla).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Totusi surpriza lor a fost un Portugieser ( in spatiul ex-yugoslav se foloseste denumirea Portugizer), din productia anului 2008, un vin tanar (mlado vino) insotit de o fraza promo faina : "znati piti, znati ziveti" adica pe intelesul nostru " stii sa bei, stii sa traiesti" :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Un vin facut in stilul beaujolais-ului de la "frantzuji", cu o culoare rosie rubinie, proaspat si rafinat avand o persistenta placuta si un gust intens, fructos, cu tonuri de zmeura; pretul de 5 euro/sticla fiind mai mult decat rezonabil. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;In urma discutiilor cu producatorul, am sesizat situatia delicata in care se afla vinificatorii sarbi, lipsiti de o legislatie specifica (nu folosesc denumirea de origine controlata, doar cea de indicatie geografica, si asta in putine cazuri) si cu o economie serios afectata in ultimul deceniu; majoritatea celor prezenti la festival find interesati de o promovare a propriilor produse in Romania . O experienta ce merita incercata, zic eu, cu gandul la Provino-ul resitean sau de ce nu la Vinexpertul bucurestean ;) .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_WUkPdN8UWtE/Sgx4V2ge5aI/AAAAAAAAACQ/0r3ZQ18-Sz8/s1600-h/portu.2.jpg"&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5335771975331538338" style="FLOAT: right;  Tocmai ce pomeneam in prima postare de inexistenta informatiilor despre productia vinicola a vecinilor sarbi, cand iata Valentin Ceafalau imi serveste o bomboana( pardon, bomba) mediatica : cica Romania bate Serbia ... la vin. Si inca la ce raport de forte pe terenul advers,  adica ceva in genu unu contra o suta, mai exact Crama Oprisor contra celor 100 de producatori,  importatori prezenti la festivalul de vin din Belgrad.&lt;br /&gt;  Unde mai pun la socoteala si imbulzirea publicului la stand (vreo 5.000 de gaturi uscate) plus tagma clericala, anormal de numeroasa pentru astfel de evenimente, basca pensionarii veniti cu paharelu' (riedel?),  probabil fosti partizani de a lui Tito.  :)&lt;br /&gt;  Trecand peste nostalgia (antipatia) vecinilor fata de tovarasul tito,  nu pot sa nu remarc cateva mici "exagerari" enuntate de autor :&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;"Dintre cei peste 100 de producatori si importatori prezenti la targ, doar vreo  doi au excelat in calitate. In rest, am dat numai peste vinuri “bombonifere”, cu  arome imbatranite si terne"&lt;/span&gt; ....... deci cei 98 ramasi erau cofetari si mai aveau si chestii expirate; ciudat targu asta !&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: bold;"&gt;"Cu toate acestea, sarbii sunt mandri de vinurile lor, pe cele mai ciudatele  prezentandu-le drept inovatii."&lt;/span&gt; ... ma repet, foarte ciudat ce s-a petrecut acolo, practic o adunatura de ciudati;  gustai un vin si omu' iti spunea ca e uzzo :)&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;"La concluzia din titlu au ajuns chiar si unii dintre vizitatorii targului (marea  majoritate)"&lt;/span&gt; (adica Romania bate Serbia) ... :)) clar, astia erau toti anti-fotbal sau pro U.E.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;"In comparatie cu romanii, sarbii chiar iubesc vinul (si nu numai pe al lor), in  magazine cele mai mici preturi fiind undeva la 10 euro pe sticla" &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.... si am protestat intotdeauna la reclamele cu bergenbier sau ursus de la nationala (degeaba, uite unde s-a ajuns); sigur preturi mici, la un salariu mediu de 100-150 de euro pe economie.&lt;br /&gt;- &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;"&gt;" Poate ca eforturile producatorilor de vinuri de la noi ar trebui sa se indrepte  si spre piete precum cea a Serbiei"&lt;/span&gt; ... asta e totusi o remarca buna, poate cea mai reala din articol.&lt;br /&gt;    Buuuun !&lt;br /&gt;Eu am fost la un mic festival in orasul Vrsac, aproape de granita cu Romania, la care au fost prezenti aproximativ 25 de mici producatori precum si vreo 5 reprezentanti ai unor combinate vinicole si importatori; aglomeratia nu prea a fost, undeva la 1.000 de persoane in cele doua zile. Calitatea vinurilor a fost in proportie de 90% de la medie in sus, exceptand cele comercializate de reprez. combinatelor (mastodontii din era comunista, campioni la cantitate, mai putin la calitate  si acum ... in genu murfatlarelor noastre). La un stand erau prezente si vinuri din gama La Cetate si River Route (poza de mai sus) produse la Oprisor, dar fara a iesi cu ceva in evidenta fata de restul vinurilor expuse. Din cele gustate, aproximativ 60, nu am remarcat caractere "bombonifere", imbatranite (doar cateva exceptii negative, dupa cum spuneam); din contra multe vinuri tinere, vioaie, cu arome placute si note fine (in special la cele albe).&lt;br /&gt;   Ciudate nu mi-au parut si nici inovatoare (ma refer la vinuri cat si la denumiri); ma rog fiecare cu gusturile lui. Erau doar niste vinuri "oneste" (citand pe careva) facute cu multa pricepere si daruire, cu punctul pe C de la calitate si nu de la cantitate.&lt;br /&gt;    Preturile din magazinele lor, fie specializate sau nu, sunt identice cu cele de la rafturile noastre, au si ei posirciile lor la 1 litru cu un euro, cat si vinuri de 20-30 de eu.
